Projects & creating art
The Projects lobby is the front door — every symbol, background and scene you make lives in a project, and everything new starts from one of the tiles here.
Steps
- Press New project and give it a clear name; a project is a folder for one game or one set of symbols. Each card shows how many symbols it holds.
- Open a project card to see what is inside. The tiles sit above the list, and each symbol card shows how far it has got: src (art in), rig (bones built), ann (annotated).
- New symbol takes art you already have — click it, or drop an image straight onto the tile — and hands the symbol to the guided setup.
- Empty canvas starts a transparent frame instead, to fill in the editor from the library, an upload or an effect.
- Create background makes a scene as a pair of aspects — desktop 16:9 and portrait 9:16. After that a background edits exactly like any other symbol.
- Export project packs every built symbol in the project into one ZIP; the trash icon on a card removes a project and everything in it.
Tips
- Use the search field to jump straight to a project once the list grows.
- Uploading your own art is free — nothing is spent until the guided setup cuts and rigs it.
- Generating brand-new art from a description is built but not open on a normal account during the beta; the studio works from art you bring.
