Credits, plans & your team

Credits pay for the AI steps; everything else — the editor, previews, rebuilds and exports — is included in your plan. What a step costs is always shown before it runs.

Steps

  1. The credits chip in the top bar shows your team's balance and the plan you are on. Open it for what each AI step costs and where your credits went.
  2. During the beta, press Request credits when you are running low: pick an amount, say what you are working on, send. An admin approves it — usually the same day — and the credits land in your balance.
  3. Add your own Claude key under Profile → Claude key to make the assistant, planning and analysis cost nothing. It is the only key we ever ask for.
  4. Profile → Plan & credits shows your plan in full: which keys it uses, how many seats it has and what it includes.
  5. On a team plan, Team settings invite seats that share one balance and, on Studio, a shared asset library.
  6. Keep an eye on the trial clock in the chip: when a trial ends your work, edits and exports keep running — only the AI steps pause until a plan is active.

Tips

  • Rough costs: a symbol cut from your image ≈ 100 credits, an AI motion clip 15, an assistant turn typically 20–50. Failed work is never charged and credits never expire.
  • Plan pricing is still being decided. Nothing is for sale during the beta — plans are assigned by us and credits come on request, so no number here is a bill.
